Translation Services

We will inform you of the total price and of the bank account numbers for payment as soon as we receive from you the text and associated documents by email, or once we have transferred the text faxed by you into a Microsoft Word document and counted the characters. Payment can be made by post or by bank remittance.

The translation process generally starts after payment is received. Where the amount involved is large, the process may start after receiving one third of the total price and be completed on receiving the balance as the translated text is sent back to you.

Pricing is based on the total number of words (180 words is one page), which is calculated by means of character counting in Word. The turnaround is estimated by considering that on average, a translator can translate about 5000 words per day. However, long and urgent translations can be handled by more than one translator, ensuring that the work is completed within a very short time. You should mention to us if your translation is urgent.
